The Balloon Marquee is one of the newest trending additions to balloon decor. It is so new that the balloon decorating industry has yet to settle on one name to describe these amazing pieces, so we all have agreed to the marquee design for now. Or some call the surprise balloon bouquets. Whatever the name, any recipient of one of these unique, one of a kind design will always remember the gift that the sender gave.
